Hi,
Over the past year I've heard all about the controversial Windows 8. Well, I use Windows 7 in VMware Fusion for Office and other school related things (I will also use Windows only accounting software latter).
I recently got Windows 8 for the first time free through my school class on information systems. I've played around for about two days and aside from some choppy animations from running as a vm I don't get the big deal.
I hated it at first because it was confusing (I still haven't learned everything), but since "desktop mode" is right there, which mimics windows 7, is there any reason NOT to use Windows 8?
8 seems to have slightly increased performance.
