I was looking at the prices to upgrade a new Mac Pro's memory and was surprised by Apple's RAM prices. On a dual quad core Mac Pro, Apple offers memory upgrades for $50 per 2 gig module. Amazingly, this is cheaper than Newegg's offerings for similar modules ($55 + shipping). I don't know about other memory sites, but Apple's now competitive memory pricing gets two thumbs up from me.
