Reassurance that most people will get their Iphone 4 Wednesday

Alright so I've seen about 100000 posts about how someone is worried their phone won't get delivered via Fed Ex tomorrow. Don't concern. I'm posting the ship information from my latest MBP that I ordered and how fast it was able to get to me. Notice how in less than one day it went from Alaska to my door, in a little more than one day it went from China to my front door.

If Apple wants to get you something on a certain day, they will. Have faith!:)

Pretty much why I posted it... When I got this MBP I had no faith I would get it that fast, never had a package show up 1/2 that fast.

Side note: if you find this pointless, why look/comment?

Mine's still listed as "prepared for shipment" and has been since monday morning. So unless Apple's computers haven't been updated, I don't think I'll be getting it today.

iirc, last year there were people like this who had a surprise visit from UPS. I think someone even posted a shot of their iPhone 3GS held up to the computer screen that said "Prepared for shipment". They reported later in the day it was propagated with lots of previously unavailable scans from China -> Alaska -> their house.

Edit: forgot to mention that some people also had shipments come from within the U.S. (from CA I think?). I guess Apple had shipments mailed to them, then they were forwarded to customers overnight from within the U.S. These came with FedEx while the rest of the iPhone 3GS shipments came UPS.
 
just got off the phone with apple, and my order may ship tomorrow, the 24th. so much for getting it on launch day, let alone a day early.
