Rebate Help

I'm filling in my rebate form for the Touch and I have to enter the date of purchase. Since I bought it from the online store, apple states "For online or phone orders, you are not invoiced until the product ships. Therefore, your purchase date is your ship date.". But there are two ship dates, one for the Macbook and one for the Touch. Which one do I write down?

You are applying for the iPod touch rebate, so therefore you enter in the iPod touch ship date. Makes sense logically no?

I don't even think he needs that. If he ordered online he should just sign in and click like submit rebate or something.

I think I had to put in my name, email, and zip code. Don't remember exactly, but it went quickly and I received my rebates 2 days ago.
