I bought a MBP in June, and along with it a iPod and a printer. I filed a rebate claim for both of them, but both of them got rejected because the iPod rebate was "lost" en route.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or is this done and over with? While this is not going to make me shun Apple, but it will make me wary of Apple's business practices.

I'd like to know as well, I went for the same offer, my iPod Nano rebate was sent, but my printer rebate was rejected because "Printer UPC Missing." It's just a way for them (or the rebate outsourcing) to drag out the process in hope that you won't appeal.

i don't know how to solve your problem, but for future reference, you should send all of the rebate materials and upc's in one envelope.

It's kind of impossible considering the two rebate campaigns have two different clearinghouses for the claims.
