Reboot and loss of date/time and wifi password

Hi,
it has happened once before, and now a second time: I reboot my Macbook Pro 13' (June 2009), and OSX lost date/time and the wireless password.
This has happened twice; every reboot (a part from this two) is fine.
Is there a way to check (/var/log or apple's hardware test) to detect what's wrong?
