I'm not really sure what was going on. I have an iPhone 5s (and ios8.1 or something like that), and it's stuck on reboot loop and then it'll show a half blue/black screen, and it just continues to do that. I was able to turn it off and I haven't touched it for a while. I plugged it in to charge it but that caused it to continue to reboot so I unplugged it. I don't think it's water damaged, but I do have way too many photos on it (12k photos on a 36 gig) that has caused it to run a bit slow in the past, but I've never had this issue with any of my iPhones. I'm on vacation in bermuda so unfortunately I can't take it to a phone store to get fixed, and I don't have many resources. I don't think my problem is the same "blue screen of death" that a lot of iPhone users complain of. I don't have a computer available to connect to iTunes. Please help, what do I do?
