reboot through sbsettings ip4 crashes

everytime i reboot through sbsettings it crashes and comes back in safe mode. why does it do this? it doesnt happen when i respring through sbsettings.

Same here. I just power down and then manually reboot. Maybe a mobilesubstrate fault?
