rebooted phone.... now in recovery mode

I rebooted my iphone 4 on (4.2.1 JB with GP) earlier and it went into recovery mode:mad:. I haven't installed anything lately that would have caused this, ive tried using tiny umbrella to kick it out of recovery and it didn't work. I have ssh installed but cant get into my phone.

Any more ideas on how to kick it out?
