Rebooting problem

I made a Boot camp partition for windows 7 and today I deleted it. Now when I reboot my MBP, if i don't press Option key it will hang and then say No boot device could be found or something along those lines.

Everything works fine if I use the Option key and manually select Macintosh HD.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Fixed by resetting PRAM. (press option+control+p+r right after pressing power button and hold them until the mac reboots again.)
