Rebuilding Mail.app's Previous Recipients List?

My MBP got the "curtain" screen saying I had to restart, and when I did, Mail had lost its previous recipients list, and so it no longer auto-fills the "To" field when I am writing e-mails. Is there any way to use my Inbox and other stored messages to rebuild this list, perhaps through an AppleScript?
