Hi guys

Here's the problem:

My laptop was at death's door so I flattened it and re-installed Windows (Vista).

Prior to this, I'd copied my iTunes folders and exported my library.xml file to an external hard drive.

So I've rebuilt the laptop, re-installed iTunes, copied my iTunes folders and imported my library.xml file with all my play lists in place. I've reconnected my iPhone (3GS 16GB if it matters), transferred all purchases from my phone and backed it up (yeah, should've done that before I nailed the laptop, right?)

Now, I need to sync, got some new CD's I want on my iPhone, but when I check Sync Music, I get a prompt telling me that all existing songs on my phone will be replaced with songs from my library. Same happens when I check Sync Apps.

I'm worried that I'll either lose whatever's on my phone or it's going to try to dump everything from my laptop (more that my phone can handle) onto the phone.

Given the steps I've already taken, can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Thanks in anticipation
