recalibrate your mbp battery!

I recalibrated my battery and the health jumped from 54% to 89% and I got an extra hour of battery life! I thought it would help a little but I wasn't expecting this much. I think the previous owner thought the battery was junk and that's why he sold it to me for 850 bucks, wow what a deal!

interesting. every time i calibrate my battery for my SR MBP my health drops.

I think in my case istat wasn't reading it proper because it hadn't been recalibrated.

2.6 is the Leopard version. I think the "age of Mac" is still screwy, but everything else seems accurate. Still, I prefer Battery Health Monitor.

battery health is accurate for coconut. same result i have with battery health monitor and the power information form Leopard.
but the age of mac sure is wacky. a newly bought penryn mbp is 122 months old.. LOL.. hehhe

I don't bother checking the age of my Mac in Coconut Battery, I already know what age it is .. Dohhhh
