Is there a way to recall previous purchases of a JB app? Meaning if I bought an app for my 4s JB and want to re-download it again will it recognize me in some way?

Yes you sign in with the same credentials you used to purchase them. I used google.

Thats cool but what if one of your previous tweaks is not compatible yet with your current iOS

Would it just download and one would leave it alone until an update occurs to allow the tweak to work ?
