Reccomended Web Hosting Service for Shipping/Freight Service

I didn't want to hijack EJBasile's post so I made a new one. Does anyone know of a web hosting service, that can provide the ability to offer a shipping calculator based on distance and weight, as well as a simple tracking device? Tracking along USPS's delivery confirmation, as opposed to UPS's ground tracking.
