Receipts

Is there anything available to get either a read or delivery receipt in Mail 3?

Receipts are nice, aren't they? Unfortunately, they are a non-standard feature, and thus only work if BOTH the sender and reciever's mail client support it. Therefore, even if there was some sort of plugin to enable this functionality in Mail 3, everyone else you send mail to would have to be using the plugin as well, for the reciept feature to actually work.
