Received my iPhone Xs Max replacement today, warranty in settings says 1 year however..

The Apple service provider technician said I have 90 days warranty on this replacement unit. Can someone explain lol? The model number starts with N (replacement device). I had like 2 months left of my original warranty of my previous xs max.

TLDR: how does this replacement device have 1 year of warranty, I was told I get 90 days only with replacements.
