Receiver's Calendar Time Incorrect when accepted from Mac.

Hello,

Whenever my colleague sends me a calendar invite from her PC running MS Outlook on MS Exchange 2007 and I accept the request, the time (sometimes the date) seems to be off by few hours on the reply she receives. However, the time on my calendar is the same as her's. Both our time zones are set correctly at +5.30GMT. We work on two separate domains and my Mac is not on MS Exchange.

Any idea why this occur?

I'm using a MacBook Pro 13-inch running on 10.8.2.
