Receiving email error message on my Apple Watch 4

I have an apple watch 4 Watch OS 6 that is paired to my iPhone xr 128gb wifi running Os13. T Mobile Network. Just today, the watch keeps displaying an email error message that one of my email accounts (a hotmail account) needs to have the password retyped in. This displays on the watch. The email address is legitimate. But that email address is not on my iPhone that the watch is paired with. Why is my apple watch picking up this error message from another apple device I have? Driving me crazy. Thank you. PLEASE, only respond of you have the answer, no general restart messages, I've done that already, thank you for understanding. Joe
