Receiving emails twice on Iphone 4, anybody else have this?

When I tap on the Mail icon to get my emails, sometimes I will get the same email twice. When I try to delete one of the two, it deletes them both. I have some things left over from my 3GS jailbreak like Make it Mine, Blank icons, etc. Do you think this has something to do with it? Anyone else have this problem?
