Recent and Favorite contacts gone

Ok-
I know I did something. When I double tap the home button to close apps, I had a list of recent and favorite contacts at the top, with ios8. Now, those are gone. How do I get them back?

Settings > Mail, Contacts, & Calendars > Show in App Switcher
