I have a Series 4 watch on the latest OS and there seems to be an issue with the recent call list. I understand that the call history between the watch and iPhone are synced and for the most part it is, but there seems to be quite a few calls that are just stuck. Is there anyway to remove them besides unpairing or any way to avoid having this issue altogether?

That's been a problem for at least 2 years as I recall. Drives me crazy. I haven't found a solution yet. It should sync yet some calls get "stuck"

I first noticed this with my Series 0, Apple told me it would be corrected with a software update, I now have a Series 4 and it hasn't been corrected yet, this issue really bugs me, why can't recent call be deleted from the watch

I had FaceTime on my Mac turned on and ever since I turned it off, unlinked and relinked my watch, I haven't had any stuck calls...knock on wood. If you have FaceTime on your Macs, sign out of it. I think that's what's causing the issue...
