iPhone 11 Pro Recent calls list on iCloud restore

I picked up an iPhone 11 Pro yesterday and set it up to restore from an iCloud backup of my iPhone 8 running is 13.1.2

All settings and data from the old phone have transferred across as expected with the exception of the list of recent calls in the phone app, which shows as empty.

Its not really a major problem but I was wondering if this was normal? Thanks

Not normal. Same thing happened to my restore on my new 11 Pro. Wasn't worth the effort for me to troubleshoot it so I just accepted it.

I had the exact same issue. But I had several failed attempts of restoring an iTunes backup first. Finally had to put it in restore mode and set up as new, then restore from my iCloud backup instead. All recent calls were missing. <shrug>

Thanks for this. It’s been a few years since I last changed phones and I couldn’t remember if it was meant to transfer the calls list or not. Like you said though, probably not worth the effort of troubleshooting.

Mine were missing too. Luckily I didn't care too much.
