iPhone Recent Calls Show Negative Number and Do Not Track

As the title said and the photo shows, my calls show -1 and do not track any calls I make/receive.
I downloaded iOS 8 GM about a week ago, and discovered this issue. I was hoping it would be ironed out prior to me downloading the official release today. I restored my iPhone to the official version, issue still there. Any ideas?
