Recent calls stuck

I have two recent calls that won't go away after clearing from phone. New recents clear fine but not these two. Anything to do other than unpair/re-pair?

Before attempting an Unpair, a hard reset might repair the issue. Hold down the digital crown and power button for ten seconds.

I had watch version 0 and now own a version 2
This has been an issues with all watch models and software versions since the watch was born, the only recommendation by Apple is to unfair/re-pair, a hard reset does nothing to clear the recent calls.
