Recent Contacts on iPad only giving Message shortcut, no Facetime shortcut

Just updated to iOS 8 on my iPad mini, and have noticed that my recent contacts only give me the option to message and not facetime, except one contact who I can do both for.

Anyone else having this problem or know a solution?
