Recent Map Location on iPhone not Showing Up on Watch

Hi All,

I am new to Apple watch. I have noticed that recent location on the Watch do not match recent locations on the iPhone. In fact, the recent locations on Watch are really old. Plus, new locations that I found on my iPhone never populate the recent list on Watch.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

May I ask where you see those recent locations on the Watch?

EDIT: I think I mixed this up with 'frequent locations' on the iPhone. I guess you just mean the recent locations in the Maps app?

Yes. Recents. I had to un-pair, re-pair, and then reset the watch. Now working ok.
