Recent Servers stack has duplicate icons

Hi,

In 10.9 I had a "recent servers" stack added to the dock.

Since upgrading to 10.10 I've noticed that the stack keeps duplicating the servers I click on. Pic attached. Is there some way I can "refresh" or edit the list?
