Recently added Apps not opening

Have had the iPhone 3GS just a couple days now. Installed 2 Apps - the iHandy Level and Facebook. They worked fine at first but this afternoon when I tap on either one of them they flash for a quick second and then close. Only happens with those 2. The preloaded Apps all open as expected.

Any ideas?

Many times just deleting and resinstalling the app fixes it.
