Recently Added Playlist Messed Up - iP6

When I first setup me iPhone 6 from an icloud backup it said to plug into iTunes to get all my music, etc.

I did this and everything transferred but my recently added playlist doesn't match what is in the playlist on my PC. It's filled with songs I purchased over the years and then followed up with my recently added songs but in a different order.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this?
