My boyfriend and I are both are having issues with out new iPhone 3G's. I almost ALWAYS had decent reception with my 1st generation iPhone. However, since i got the 3g, while i am in 3g mode or even if I don't have a 3g signal the reception is totally less then stellar. We have been dropping calls left and right. Its extremely aggravating (as I'm sure anyone might realize) when I swicthed to the 3g for the speed and the 'upgraded reception' (what a joke:().

So my question, does anyone know anything that can be done to help with the issue other than switching the 3g off and running on the 3g signal(cause as soon as i do that my signal for phone calls is great (at least 3-4 bars))
