Ok, I know that these batteries are supposed NOT to have memory problems, but I'm sure there are better/best ways to recharge. YES, I DID read the Apple page about optimizing batteries. But tell me, is it best to wait for the 20% left message before recharging battery? Or should I wait til the battery is even more discharged?

I'm sure there's a best way to keep one's battery in good working order!!

Many people, including myself, recommend that at least once a month you let the battery fully discharge (so use it until it automatically shuts down once the battery has drained), then plug it in and allow it to fully charge (so don't disconnect it until you see the 'charged' sign). It calibrates the battery and allows the battery indicator to be much more accurate with displaying the charge level.
