Hi. I have an iOS backup on my mac. It is encrypted but I know the password.
What free or paid software would you recommend to do the following
  • look at the contents of the backup,
    • i.e. see what photos are in the backup
    • see what voice recordings are in the backup
  • extract files from the backup
Searching on google it seems like there a number of companies claiming to offer software to do so, but before potentially committing to a paid purchase, or deciding it's not worth it, I wanted to get the opinions of others. Thanks in advance.

I sure wish mac OS provided some better ways to inspect and manage iOS backups.
