so my MBP is going to have a 250gb drive, really u can only get 232gb out of it so i was wondering what size partition should i have for xp? im really only going to game with windows, but i might need to install some CADD programs later down the road for college. i'm thinking 50gb for xp and the rest for osx.

For XP, 50GB should be just enough, as XP takes 10GB, 5 games another 25GB (recent, DVD ones) and CAD programs and data could swallow the rest, Id use 80... I tried to put vista in 32 on my MacBook and had to create another newer partition just to use Visual Studio 2005 Pro!
