Recommend >2mp webcams for Mac Image Capture?

Can anyone recommend a 2 megapixel (or better) webcam to attach to a Mac that Image Capture can use to snag still images? I would use this on a stand with a small light box to take pictures of relatively flat, horizontal objects.
