Can anyone recommend an Apple Watch app for taking notes straight from the complication icon to the complication background ideally independent from iPhone and using type all mic , I’ve trained “complicate it” but TVs really buggy and “cheat sheet” is from iPhone only.

Unless it changed recently - no. Drafts is great for converting your spoken word to text/notes but at a cost.
