Recommend a connected thermometer?

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a simple thermometer that I can use to monitor temps via my phone when I'm not at home?
Doesn't need to be anything fancy or have any other features (don't need a thermostat for example), just something that has an app or whatever that I can use to check temps whenever, from anywhere.
And also hopefully not be too expensive.
