can anyone recommend a journal application that can import (as separate entries) a daily diary wrapped in to CSV or XLS file?

also nice to have(s):
-have a corresponding iPhone application sync via dropbox
-entries are encrypted, not just open text with a password
-ability to import and export multiple entries as cvs or xls or ??


simple basic application is fine so long as it can import the 10,000 or so entries i have existing.
