Recommend a Wireless IP webcam

Need to keep an eye on the new dog, I already stream audio using nicecast from an iMac (which is elsewhere), im looking for a neater solution to also stream video without moving the mac.
In short can anyone recommend a Mac compatible IP wireless webcam?

I have no problems with Linksys WVC80N; only quality N cameras I could find when researching them a few months ago.
