Hello all,

I just bought a new MacBook Pro 14 inch and I will be selling my 5k iMac 27 inch. I sure will miss that monitor but I need to update my computer.

im looking for buy a new monitor during Black Friday and I started to research now.

I came across this LG, would like your opinion on and also any other recommendation. My budget is 400 tops.

I do want a 4k monitor and a 27 inch.

thanks in advance..

Here's the one I use with my Mac Mini at work, and I have no complaints:

I don't believe the height is adjustable on it, though--only the tilt. Doesn't matter to me, but it may to you.

I have two of these on my work PC. It’s a solid monitor for the price. Good grayscale performance. Brightness might be an issue unless you can control the room lighting well, but otherwise no complaints.

You didn’t describe your use case, but for general office work and non-professional color photography it should be fine.

Another vote for a 4K from LG, we've had lots of them over the years - they work well with Macs and are nice panels.
