Anyone got any recommendations based on what they've used or have heard good things about?

Thanks.

I bought this one the other day. I'm supposed to get it tomorrow. They dropped the price an hour after I ordered it so I hand to talk to their customer service for a while.

Anyway, it has a USB port and should charge your iPhone + a MacBook on the road if you need it. It got good reviews. Can't wait for mine.

Thats a bit too much for my need. Plus then you ned to carry your usb to 30 pin back and forth with you from your car to your house. I just want a dedicated car charger 30 pin.

I use this one:

It's the OEM nobody version of all the standards. Works great, and I've had no issues w/ it. Charges my Droid/iPhone just fine. I'll have to test my iPad.

This would probably charge VERY slowly and not at all if the screen is on. I have a 600 milliamp Belkin one that will not charge my IP4 if the screen is on.

I would seriously consider one of the 2 amp iPad charging ones. Those things charge iPhones so amazingly quick.

I just use a usb one as well, that way I never have to unplug it. Justplug in whatever accessory needs charging. Mine is a belkin and has 2 usb ports. One has a micro usb plugged into it. The other the apple cable.
