Recommend me a new LCD for Photo Editing $350-$400

I have only know a little about getting the right LCD monitor to use on my macbook to edit photos. Could someone recommended me a good LCD panel for photo editing? $350-400 is my range. Wide screen is preferred.

The Dell FP models have always been my favorite. Say what you want, but I find they are of consistently higher quality than other brands I've used, and some of Dell's more or less proprietary features (UXGA+ Widescreen, as they call it) are amazing.

Either way, I would start my search there, just from personal experience.
