Recommend me a not so bulky cover that has grip. Please

Hi guys, I'm getting an iPhone 4 really soon and I wanna get a cover for it. There are TOO many so I though about getting some user opinions and suggestions.

I'm interested in a cover that:

- Is not so bulky
- Has some grip feel to it without being made of rubber/cheap silicon

I also need a STURDY cover for my girlfriend who's getting an iPhone 4 also and works as a landscape architect. So she needs a cover for when she's at work, that'll cover and protect the phone the most. (She'll have a more stylish cover for when she's not at work)

I ordered the Speck PixelSkin. It has good reviews on many sites, and on the Speck website it's listed for the 4S. I'm sure there will be others, but I want something for when my iP4S arrives to keep it safe. My 3GS has always been in a case. Things slide too easily off my lap. I ordered it this AM and it's shipped already. Will be there ahead of the phone.
