recommend me how to back up all contacts and text msgs

really? why do i see/hear a lot pple saying give me your contact my iphone just weirded out and all my contacts were lost?

just use itunes to back up your phone. It creates a file and if you restore your iphone or replace it you can always restore from your back up and all your info will be back.

Text messages are contained in each backup. Contacts can be synced with other software such as outlook if you wish.
