I was looking for a quality USB car charger for my iPhone 4 so I ordered a Belkin USB micro charger. However when I received it, I discovered that it would not fit in my old Renault Clio II (See attached image). I was under the impression that USB car chargers are universal and should fit all vehicles - I was so wrong.

Can anyone recommend a quality traditional 'nose shaped' single port USB car charger for my iPhone 4?

I am concerned that these cheapo versions floating about on eBay might fry my device or fail within a few weeks.

Also I see that they have different power ratings therefore how many amps is optimal for quick and safe iPhone 4 charging?

Thanks in advance.
