Universal Recommendation for browser

Hello,

I have been using Mercury for a LONG time and I have been very happy with it.

Unfortunately it looks like there is some weird stuff going on with the developer and the app seems to have been sold to somebody else who is just out to scalp paid customers.

Can somebody recommend a good browser for both my iphone & ipad mini.

Primary requirements
- Ability to download file and sideload it over to dropbox etc
- 1Password integration
- Full Screen Mode

I' prefer Safari for all purposes. It is secure, fast, supports cloud storage and intuitive. What else would one want!

As I said, I need the ability to file downloads. Right now with content blocking enabled, Safari does do it all save for that 1 feature.
