Recommendation for ext monitor >> MacBook Pro 2010, 13"?

I'm looking to get a good (non silly priced Apple) external monitor for use with my 2010 13" MacBook Pro.

What model and makes would people suggest? My budget is £150 and would like 20" minimum.

HP 21.5" IPS LED Monitor

I bought this 21.5" HP monitor to hook up to my rMBP and have been really pleased with it. I picked it up on sale for about $120 at Best Buy.
