Recommendation for macOS Blu-ray Player to Save to Plex Server

I'm thinking of importing my 100+ DVD and Blu-ray library into a Plex Server on my NAS.

I currently have a Mac mini M1 and would love to have some recommendations for a good, reliable Blu-ray player (either USB-A or USB-C) that I could use to do this. I'm hoping the Mac mini M1 will perform decently with Handbrake since there is a Universal app available.
