Hi,

I ordered a M2 Mac Mini and I want to use it with two LG UltraFine 24 inch 4K displays. What kind of Thunderbolt cables should I use or do I need to connect the monitors to the Mac Mini, I noticed that they can cost more than 100 USD but I don‘t want to buy such expensive cables if I maybe do not really need them.

Thanks :)

Any cable certified for Thunderbolt 3 or 4 will work with your Ultrafine displays. Apple sells thunderbolt 4 cables but they are quite expensive, you can look for companies in the likes of Belkin or OWC if you want a reliable brand without putting too much money in it. But as long as it is Thunderbolt 3 or 4 certified, you’ll be fine
