Recommendation needed for a case with unrestricted headphone jack access

Because of a hearing issue, I have a custom-wired headphone that has a 3.5mm jack with a large casing. It doesn't work with my Speck Candyshell Satin case, and I'm looking for a comparable case (thin, protective) that has a large opening for the headphone. Something more than 7mm, which may mean completely open around the jack area of the iphone. Perhaps something that grips only from the side, although I would hate to give up protection of the upper edge of the iphone.

Any suggestions?
